Onward Recruiting is an IT recruitment agency built for the new generation of tech talent.As their creative partner, we developed a full brand identity and website that reflect their clear, confident and human-centered approach to recruiting.From a sharp, modular logo system to an engaging digital presence in Webflow, we redefined how a recruitment brand can look and feel in 2025.The visual language blends clean structure with bold typographic statements, creating trust while staying relevant to younger candidates and established companies.This project included a strategic brand refresh, a comprehensive visual system, UX-focused web design, and a scalable CMS for ongoing content.
